Refunds will not be issued for ASPMA Membership, books and or exams.
Q. I sent in my Membership but haven’t received anything yet. What do I do?
A. You must contact Kesha at membership@aspma.org only after 2-4 weeks.

Q. I have a question I need to answer NOW!
A. Everyone on the ASPMA Board works our daytime Podiatry jobs, it’s important that you give us time to respond. If you call please leave a message we promise to call you back as soon as possible.
Q. I ordered my study guide, how long will it take to receive it?
A. It is usually mailed within 2 weeks; please allow 3 for delivery.
Q. I did the online certification, & passed all the tests, when do I get my certificate?
A. You will receive an email with an electronic version of the Certificate. Also, you will receive a hard Copy Certificate in 2-4 weeks,
Q. What do I do if I haven’t received my Certificate?
A. Make sure you waited up to 5 weeks for it; if you haven’t, then email Kim at aspmaexam@gmail.com. If you do call, please leave a message, and Kim will call you back.
